 The Ratliffs Born and raised in Everett, Kim is third generation, and has a son David who is fourth generation Everett. Born in 1954, Kim attended local public schools, graduating from Everett High School in 1972 and the University of Washington Business School in 1981. Go Huskies!!! In August of 1981 Kim married Leska Brenner who grew up in Granite Falls, just east of Everett. Kim and Leska reside in the Rucker Hill neighborhood of Everett, just four roof tops from Kim's family home as a child. The Ratliffs are avid boaters and skiers, both water and snow. Recreation time is spent skiing at Stevens Pass where David races with SPAC (Stevens Pass Alpine Club) or boating aboard the family sportfisherman. A favorite spot in the San Juan Islands is Roche Harbor where Kim & Leska were married. Whether scuba diving, hiking, biking, boating, or skiing, the Ratliffs enjoy all that the Northwest has to offer. |
